Every Kraft4U gift is shaped by hand for you after you order, so orders can’t be cancelled once placed, and we are not able to take back or exchange a piece once it is made. We would much rather get it right the first time: check names, messages and the address before you pay, and message the studio straight away if you spot a mistake so we can fix it before crafting begins.
If your gift arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within a few days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
