- Every gift is handmade to order after purchase, then gift-packed and shipped. It is not factory made.
- Studio: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Delivers anywhere in India.
- Standard delivery: ₹79, free on orders of ₹1,499 or more. 3–7 working days after your gift is crafted.
- Express delivery: ₹149. 1–3 working days after crafting; availability confirmed at launch.
- Payment: UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking, processed securely by Razorpay.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and returns or exchanges are not accepted, because each gift is made specially for the customer. Damaged or wrong items are made right, usually by remaking the piece.
- Gifts can be sent straight to someone else, with gift packing and a personal note.
- Custom gift requests (with a reference picture) are welcome on the Create a gift page.

## FAQs

### Are these real flowers?
Every bloom is handmade from soft chenille (pipe-cleaner) stems, shaped and arranged by hand. They never wilt, need no water and make a keepsake that lasts for years.

### Can I personalize a gift?
Yes. On any product page, open “Make it yours” to add a reference picture and describe the colours or changes you would like. Choose “For someone else” to add gift packing, their name and a gift note.

### Can you make something that is not in the shop?
Yes. Use Create a gift to share a reference picture and describe your idea. The studio will reply by email with a price and crafting time once enquiries open.

### What does gift packing include?
Your gift is wrapped with a ribbon and a note card, ready to hand over. Choose “For someone else” on the product page to add it.

### Will my gift look exactly like the photo?
Very close. Because every piece is shaped by hand, petals, curls and colours can vary slightly from one gift to the next. That little difference is what makes yours one of a kind.

### Can I place an order today?
Not yet. You can browse, save favourites, personalize gifts and preview checkout. Ordering and payment open once the studio completes its setup. No money is taken before then.

### How will I pay?
Online payments will be handled securely through Razorpay when checkout opens.

### Is my gift bag saved?
Your gift bag and favourites are saved in this browser, so they are still there when you come back. They are not synced to other devices.

### How many gifts can I add?
Up to 20 of each design and up to 30 different designs in one gift bag. For larger or corporate orders, use Create a gift.

### How long does crafting take?
Each gift is made to order. Crafting usually takes 2–6 working days depending on the piece, and the exact estimate is shown on every product page. Delivery time is added after crafting.

### How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is ₹79 and free on gift bags of ₹1,499 or more (before rewards). Express delivery is ₹149.

### Where do you deliver?
Within India. Delivery to your PIN code is confirmed at checkout once ordering opens.

### Can I send a gift straight to someone else?
Yes. Choose “For someone else” on the product page, then enter their address at checkout. Add gift packing and a note so it arrives ready to open.

### How do I look after my gift?
Keep it dry, away from long hours of direct sunlight, and dust it gently with a soft brush or a cool hairdryer. Our Care & our promise page has tips for each type of gift.

### Can I cancel or change my order?
Each gift is handmade specially for you as soon as your order comes in, so orders can’t be cancelled once placed. If you spot a mistake in a name, message or address, message us straight away and we will do our best to fix it before crafting begins.

### Can I return or exchange my gift?
Every piece is handmade to order just for you, so we are not able to take returns or exchanges. If your gift arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will make it right.

### What if my gift arrives damaged?
Take photos of the gift and the packaging as soon as you open it, then contact the studio with your order details. We will make it right, usually by remaking the piece for you.

### How do gift-bag rewards work?
Rewards apply automatically as your gift bag grows: ₹50 off at ₹1,000, ₹100 off at ₹1,500, ₹150 off at ₹2,000, ₹250 off at ₹3,000, ₹500 off at ₹5,000.

### Do rewards stack?
No. The highest reward you have unlocked is applied, and you can see your progress in the gift bag.
